1. Data to Value B.V. reserves the right to decide not to perform the audit and refund your payment within 14 business days.

2. We only accept audits for direct clients. No agencies or other intermediaries will be served.

3. The audit process can only commence after:
3.1 we have received payment up-front via Stripe.
3.2 we have received and signed an NDA.
3.3 we have received access to Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager.
3.4 we have received an option to perform a free purchase or complete a signup. (e.g. coupon code) or you do not need us to audit the full checkout funnel.
