Our Recommended Approach

In most cases, we think switching between our Partnership Plan and Support Contract is the most realistic plan for organizations. This allows you (and us!) to catch a breather in the support contract months and will allow us to collect the newly implemented data and build a new baseline to optimize against in the partnership plan months.

This plan would require a minimum yearly investment of €65.940 (or €54.950 if you pay up-front for 12 months).

Frequently Asked Questions

We prefer not too, simply because we believe that turning data into value for your business is hard to do and requires a partnership for us to be able to somewhat influence the outcomes and make a positive impact.

We’re always willing to discuss the opportunities and see if we can help, but our preference is to work with our clients within one of our Support Contracts or Partnership Plans.

12-month contract – paid per month – 1 month for free
If you commit to a contractual 12 months for any of our support contracts or partnerships, you will receive one month for free. A 8.33% discount.

12-month contract – up-front payment full year – 2 months for free
If you are willing to pay for 12 months up front, you will receive 2 months for free. A 16.66% discount.

Yes we can! We use Wise (TransferWise) to invoice clients outside of the European Union in their own currency. We will adjust our foreign exchange rate conversion at the 1st of each quarter to match the Euro price at that moment.

Yes, after the initial first 3 months of any support contract or partnership plan you can switch to any of our other plans. 

If you’re on a Support Contract, you can switch to one of the Partnership Plans every month.

Partnership Plans always span blocks of at least 3 months, so you can only switch back to a support contract after at least 3 months.

Our pricing is based upon one website on one domain with one tag manager and one analytics account. Most of our clients however, have more than that. 

Depending on the total amount of digital properties and the differences between them, we can tweak our offering for you. 

In most cases our pricing stays the same. For our support contracts we just spread our support across all domains. For our partnership plans, we just plan milestones in the growth roadmap to deploy per website.

Navigator Package 🧭

Our Navigator Package is specifically for companies that don’t know what they need exactly and need help identifying the challenges ahead of them in order to determine what to do next to build a successful data-driven marketing department.

Within 4 weeks we will translate your company objectives into a tailor made data-driven marketing plan outlining your challenges and the  milestones we believe you should focus on tackling to overcome those challenges over the next 12 months.

Our Reactive Support Contract is perfect for companies that have their own people working on tag management and MarTech and AdTech who can benefit from our years of experience to help them. Give your staff an extra set of expert eyes to help them deliver and maintain a high quality implementation.

It’s like a secret hotline you can call to get the right answer and save yourself a bunch of time.

Have your team request support with us via email, slack, asynchronous videos or by directly scheduling a support call with your dedicated consultant. We’re there to help you make the most out of your MarTech and AdTech stack and our 15+ years of experience are available to you.

The Reactive Support contract is meant to support your team. We have reserved 15 action items (support tickets or calls with our consultants) per month. We will evaluate on a quarterly basis if this covers your needs. If not, additional action items can be purchased at €50 per item per month.

To make the most out of your Reactive Support Contract with us, it is recommended that you at least have a dedicated contact who is responsible for tag management and MarTech and AdTech configurations. This person (or team) can then leverage our expert knowledge to improve their work and knowledge over time.

Proactive
Support 🔎

Our Proactive Support Contract is perfect for companies that have their own people working on tag management and MarTech and AdTech who can benefit from our years of experience to help them. Give your staff an extra set of expert eyes to help them deliver and maintain a high quality implementation.

Additionally, we will monitor your Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts and will manually review any changes that are made. This way, you can be sure your analytics implementation continues to collect data you can trust and use.

We will also keep you up-to-date about any relevant changes to Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics that might impact your implementation, or that we feel could benefit you if you implemented them.

Together, we will take care of the day-to-day tagging and analytics infrastructure, as well as help you move forward by completing monthly milestones defined in our shared growth roadmap. We’ll also host a monthly training session to improve analytics maturity within the organization.

Have your team request support with us via email, slack, asynchronous videos or by directly scheduling a support call with your dedicated consultant. 

Besides our reactive support, we’ll also have 2 weekly update calls with your team to ensure progress towards the completion of our growth roadmap.

Every 3 months we evaluate the previous 3 months and completed milestones, and we re-evaluate if the 3 milestones for the next 3 months are still relevant and actionable.

One of our consultants will host a virtual 1:many or 1:1 training session with members of your team every month.

Every 3 months we evaluate what data related topics are most valuable to your team and we plan our training sessions accordingly. 

The first training session is about our Data to Value Framework which we’ll be referring too continuously during our partnership. 

For our Uplift Partnership it is highly recommended that you at least have the following roles and resources filled:

  • A Channel Marketer (Search, Social, Email)
  • A Markteting Analyst
  • A Project Manager
  • Developer Time for Site Changes
